For Private Pay clients who are out of network; KB Psychotherapy will provide you with the needed information for you to submit claims to your insurance carrier allowing you to pursue reimbursement for out of network benefits.​ Private pay clients must render fees for services at the time of  your scheduled appointment. All payments can be made via cash/credit/debit card or check. ​

**If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you will be required to notify KB Psychotherapy & EMDR 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Without doing so, you will incur a $80 cancellation fee.**

2 consecutive no-show/late cancellation fees will cause you to be taken off the schedule. 3 consecutive cancellations will also result in being taken off the schedule.
